Re: Refinanced an old annuity
The side-by-side of my existing contract vs. the current crop of MYGAs was blunt. I was leaving 1.4% on the table. Annuity Atlas just showed me the math — the exchange paperwork was handled by the carrier.

Re: Moved from a variable annuity
The 'should I replace?' tool told me the truth my current advisor wouldn't: my old VA's M&E fee was eating the growth. Traded it in for a RILA with a real cap, and the statement is finally moving in the right direction.

Re: Deferred income annuity (DIA)
A deferred income annuity was the obvious answer for me, but no one had ever explained it that way. The section on DIAs was eight minutes of reading that changed a decade of retirement plans.
